When are refunds offered?

    • Damage due to manufacturing defects (e.g., tears, ink smudges, incorrect colors).
    • Damage incurred during shipping (e.g., dents, breakage).
  • Incorrect Order:
    • The artwork does not match the approved design proof.
    • The artwork is not the correct size as ordered.

Refund Conditions

  • Artwork must be returned: The artwork must be returned in its original condition, undamaged.
  • Proof of purchase required: Customers must provide the original invoice or order confirmation.

Refund Process
